SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to, individual cards, card lots, sealed packs, and boxes.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@pokeforgetcg.co.za with details of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
